Positive: The room was quite big, with a big balcony and sea view. The location is good, right in the town center.

Negative: It was disappointing that we couldn't get our room at 15:00, even though we showed up already in the morning. We have already walked a lot in the town and needed the room to have a rest. We got our room at 16:00. The breakfast was very simple and in my opinion didn't match the four stars of the hotel.

Positive: Im writing this review just for the restaurant of the hotel "ITACA" which is AMAZING! The waiter there is really nice and the food is fabulous! The hotel overall it's good if you're staying just 1 night not more. The position is in the center. Visit the beach because the water is really nice.

Negative: The A/C didn't work, the breakfast had no choice at all, the pool is not available and in general it needs some renovation. It feels more like a 3 stars but the best hotel in Ceuta so far.
